The restaurant, which has 1 Michelin star, serves fish and seafood cuisine in a magnificent setting overlooking the sea. The décor is intimate, elegant and soothing with large picture windows offering views of the garden and the sea. Fish reigns supreme in dishes created by the chef, Frédéric Claquin, who was awarded 1 Michelin star in 2016. Using carefully-selected local produce and seafood from south Finistère, he creates contemporary dishes with fiercely Atlantic flavours. These include, depending on the season, pan-fried abalone, John Dory with sweet potato and ravioli of langoustines from Le Guilvinec. Fish and shellfish from the coast of Brittany are blended with flavours from far-flung places. The best Iberian ham, vegetables, fruit and spices from around the globe combine with flavours of the sea on a menu which changes several times a year. The restaurant is open from 27 March – 3 November 2018. July - August : open Monday-Saturday, evenings only. Closed Sunday. April –June, September - November : open Tuesday-Saturday, evenings only, plus Saturday lunchtime. Closed Sunday and Monday.
