Relax in the comfortable surroundings of this amazing restaurant and let your taste buds travel around all the delicacies and delights that this region, The End of the World, has to offer. The cuisine takes its authenticity from the local area, from the fruits and vegetables of the local fields and seafood caught from along the local coast. From the sea – locally sourced fish, oysters and langoustines share the limelight on the menu with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables grown especially and sustainably, for the hotel by Stéphane, the head gardener, at the nearby Chateau de Kergroadez. Freshly cut herbs and fruits for preserves from the recipes of Magoz (grandma) are added to the daily delivery.. Our Chef Julien Marseault is a young thirty-year old Breton who is both passionate and fiercely proud about the food he creates and his Breton roots. With Gaelic good looks and a piercing stare which belies a sparkle of humour, Julien is on a quest to revisit the traditional grand classic dishes adding his own personal twist.
