Don't open the oven during the cooking!
Once it is cooked, the far can cool down in the oven. It keeps well a few days and can be stored in the fridge (it will be even firmer).

Our hints
  • you can add some cream instead of a part of the milk
  • prunes (preferably with their stones) can steep in the rhum at the beginning of the preparation, it can be swapped by dried grape or chocolate bits.
