Are you after the recipe for a great family weekend?

Come and play at being bakers and millers in this rural setting and let yourselves get carried away by the magic of simple, traditional activities. Your children are sure to be utterly enchanted!

Not only is the windmill a great place to visit, the flour produced right here is just what you need for the baking workshop. Begin with a traditional Breton meal of crêpes and try your hand at the fine art of spreading the crêpe batter onto the ‘bilig’ hotplate (this is not easy, and it’s sure to get a few laughs !). The next morning, learn how to bake the Breton dish of ‘Far’, another local speciality, and maybe a few butter biscuits to take home with you – if you manage not to eat them on the way !
