To your boards! Finistère, with its fantastic coastline exposed to the elements, has some of Europe's top Surf Spots, and picturesque to boot. In extreme weather conditions, they're best suited to seriously skilled surfers but whatever your skill level, you'll find a suitable spot in Finistère.

This is the largest spot on the Crozon Peninsula. The sandy beach is framed by cliffs right at the bottom of Crozon Peninsula, surrounded by amazing countryside - but the waves are for the courageous, especially at high tide. Great for experienced surfers who are also physically fit. Lots of ground swell here, not suitable for swimming.
This is the most famous Surf Spot in Brittany, an immense beach of white sand, perfect for events such as the French Cup, French Championship and more. The waves are often pretty serious here, so it's a great all-year-round beach, but you still have to be an experienced surfer to ride here.
Whatch out for ridges in the sandbed that affct the currents!
Pointe de la Torche has lifeguards in July and August 1pm-7pm.
