The Arrée Mountains

Grandiose landscapes in all their colours: moors, peat bogs and vales...
Take a walk and explore the Arrée Mountains, following the GR paths or the Véloroute cycle trails and Green Ways. To the north, you’ll discover Huelgoat, a fascinating forest of giant-sized boulders that will lead you into legends, myths and the land of local pixies.
You’ll also find enclos paroissiaux, flamboyant churchyards that are unique to Brittany, built to show off the wealth of this region in the 16th century.
As for the Nantes-Brest Canal, to the south, this is a paradise for walkers, fishing fans and anyone who loves being on or near the waterways.
Freshwater fishermen and women can also try their hand in the lakes in the centre of Finistère.
